Who we are

Proofline AI Solutions runs this website. You can reach us at hello@prooflineai.dev.

What the contact form collects

When you ask for a free AI audit, we collect:

• Your name
• Your business name, if you add it
• Your email or WhatsApp number
• Your business type, what you need, your message and your preferred language, if you add them
• The language of the page you used

We also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. We use it only to limit how many requests one person can send per hour, and we cannot read your IP address from it.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and prepare your free AI audit. We do not sell your details, and we only share them with the services that run this site, like Cloudflare.

Where it is stored

Your request is saved with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and we get an email about it. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person and not a bot when you send the form.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for up to 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies.
